ZRL ATTENDS THE 2024 KATANINO TRADITIONAL CEREMONY

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Zambia Railways Limited (ZRL) took part in this year’s Katanino Traditional Ceremony which took place on Monday 16th September, 2024.
ZRL was one of the sponsors of the traditional ceremony.
The Ceremony was hosted by Chief Nkambo of the Lamba – Lima speaking people of Masaiti District, on the Copperbelt Province.
His Excellency, President Hakainde Hichilema officiated at the Ceremony and emphasized on the need to maintain peace and unity in the country, adding that nothing could be exchanged for it.
Zambia Railways Limited Regional Manager for Northern and Inter-mine Mr. Edwin Choonga represented the Acting Managing Director Mr. Godfrey Fumbeshi at the event.
