ZRL BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERS INDUCTED
Zambia Railways Limited (ZRL) Board Committee Members who were recently appointed by the Board have today undergone an induction workshop in Corporate Governance held at Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka.
Addressing the meeting, ZRL Board Chairperson Emmanuel Hachipuka emphasized on the crucial role that the Board plays in shaping the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring long term sustainability .
“ I am confident that your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us navigate the complexities of the rail sector and maintain the strategic relevance in the economy” said Mr. Hachipuka.
Mr Hachipuka said the Committee members are expected to provide guidance , oversight and support to the Management team.
“I am confident that this induction workshop will provide you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in your role as a board committee member” said Mr Hachipuka.
The Induction Workshop was conducted by Dynamic Concepts Limited leaders in Corporate Governance Consulting, Leadership Development & Motivational Development.
